I think I remember reading that they keep some rarer stuff for sale, like old vault packages, behind the counter for members that you have to ask to see.

Yeah, I think you can go to the counter and show them you’re a Vault member and they’ll often have a box of Vault rarities for purchase. This usually ranges from old vaults to tmr variants. Usually nothing super exciting but ymmv.

The Turd Man in London had the ERC white stripes pressing for sale a little under MSRP (which is still insane).

yea that's wild. i might try to find that Syd Barrett secondhand but largely haven't been too impressed by the Vault releases especially since I'm not really a big White Stripes fan.

Same here. I really wanted the Syd and it was worth it for that, but I've enjoyed the Tidal discount which makes the sub not that bad of a price. I could give up Tidal and just stick with Apple though, since I'm not a big Jack White fan either and wouldn't love one of those picks.

Your charge date always stays the same. If you're annual, you get charged on the same date. If you're quarterly, you get charged the same date every 3 months.

i had joined Vault for a month and got discounted tidal. then i quit the vault after a month and forgot to cancel Tidal but was still being charged the Vault price...not sure if it was a glitch or what.

It depends on your charge date. Some people won't be charged til after its announced.
