Does Biggie sing about his lover getting trapped in the body of an old man thereby making the sex hit different than it did when she was a woman?

I wrote a disturbing paper for a class on the grotesque in college about literary necrophilia and this book was one of those I examined. I think everyone in the class wanted to burn their papers so our names wouldn't be found on them after that class.
