Also don’t forget to look at items marked as CDs. If it’s a box set that has vinyl and a CD, more often than not the listing is for the Vinyl box set but listed under CD. The Zeppelin deluxe box sets are a good example of this (live at the BBC, How The West Was Won, Song Remains the Same)

No. Just three items the same price gives you the most money off. The way the sale is calculated is that they take the cheapest item of the 3, divide that price by 3 and give you that amount off each record. So if you buy 1 item at $100, then two at 66, you’ll get $22 off each album. But if you buy 3 at $100, you’ll get $33 off each album. Then you can cancel two of the three and still get $33 off the one you keep.

If you want to take the pressure off the buy and cancel game, you can also use a similarly priced preorder. Not ideal savings but it isn’t gonna lock in a preorder to ship and gives you time to cancel

I have done the buy 3, cancel 2 in the past without issue, but I have one order today where the tax hasn’t adjusted down yet. Always thought it showed the adjusted total immediately. Anyone else seeing that?

once they actually ship the item the first initial charge will be dropped and they will usually re-charge with adjusted taxes accordingly to your state.
