Restocks/Represses

This!! I'd be looking for the same - Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Sabbath. I have no problem traveling to some smaller towns/shops but wasn't sure if it's as feverish over there as it is here in the states. If I'm going to have to pay $30 for a beat up copy it might as well be a UK.
Pre-pandemic I traveled to the UK 4-5 times for work. Every second I wasn't working I was out digging. I feel like I hit almost everything in London. Stuff was pretty well picked over or expensive. I will echo what Mike says, your best bets are outside of the city.

I found a nice little gem in Watford called Second Scene. Bonus...if you are a Harry Potter fan you can do the studio tour which is right there.

The Booker Ervin titles (Song Book; Exultation!) are my potential targets.

Anyone have thoughts on these?
I have both of those on order. Also the Jimmy Forrest album is excellent. I just got a cheap OG mono that’s very clean so I don’t think I need the AP…but it’s a great record. Lots of good titles in this restock…

It's pretty feverish especially in the shops in Soho. I went on a Tuesday I think and places were pretty busy. Hackney had some less picked over shops. Outside of the city is definitely best to find the "popular" stuff like early Zeppelin/Stones/Sabbath/Floyd.

How is this record? Discogs reviews seem mixed on noise, but it’s hard to tell if it’s a pressing issue or not.
Just cleaned and spinning this one and it's pretty solid for the price. Very little noise after a clean. Wouldn't say it sounds quite as good as his studio albums, but still worth owning IMO if you like the tracklist!

this is a repress, yeah?

I grabbed one of these.

No this is a new title from MoFi. Just released yesterday!

Plaidroom had a couple Coltrane Analogue Productions titles in their restocks for $39.99 each. Grabbed the Coltrane - Coltrane album on Prestige and Coltrane with the Red Garland Trio. I'm stoked!
Both killer titles and pressings! They are still in stock at AS as well (along with about 15 other prestige APs) but don’t blame ya for getting them through Plaidroom! Didn’t realize they had them

This one is also awesome:

Yeah, I didn't realize they were back instock at Acoustic Sounds.

But they're likely to ship and arrive earlier from Plaidroom than Acoustic Sounds, which is a bonus.

I’d rather buy from Plaidroom as well. It’s worth taking a look at what AS has in stock from that series though. They had 20 albums from the series in stock earlier this week. Down to about 15 for now but some awesome albums.

And surprisingly I got a shipping notice a day after placing an order from AS this week.
