If you ever had the chance to go to an of Montreal show, they are definitely something not of this world! So much pageantry, visuals, costumes, and irreverence, you have to see them at least once in your life. Some of the most fun shows I've ever attended.

Day 27 - sunglasses day
my original thought was to combine both topics and play the white album because of glass onion…but we are playing catch up on the final day so..no time for a double album. Ok, I’ll throw on cheap sunglasses from ZZ Top (how was this not taken)? What I don’t have that song on any of my ZZ Top’s? Ok back to the drawing board. Oh, what about a Stevie? He always has sunglasses on

I can’t think of music and mud without thinking of Green Day’s performance at Woodstock 94. While a lot of the songs from that performance were on Dookie I have yet to play this one so it gets the nod.

leroi moore was known for wearing sunglasses on stage. it was 23 years ago today (june 30) that he was in the atv accident that ultimately took his life. he was arguably the musical heart of the band and naturally it hasn’t been the same without him.
