Not much love for Seger here, eh? Maybe his appeal isn't as widespread as I thought.
I admittedly have a soft spot for him because he's a local legend, and he has kept a couple friends of mine employed at times. But his body of work is pretty amazing, no?
1978's Stranger in Town has Hollywood Nights, Still the Same, Feel Like a Number, We've Got Tonight among others.
Old Time Rock & Roll is on there too, and while I can't bear to hear that song anymore, that's not the song's fault that it has been beaten to death at weddings and elsewhere.

Anyway...not necessarily lobbying, just noticed he's not on any lists.
