Needles & Grooves AoTM /// Vol. 8 - February 2020 /// Ibeyi - Ash

Wow, I don't know at all this record or thoses artists ! I'll have a listen when coming home though. :)
Um. What does it say? Lol. What is the name of the album?

Edit - I found it on Spotify. The cover is different though. But this is such a lovely and wonderful album and makes me feel like I'm in a French cafe, sipping decaf espresso, pinkie out, watching the world go by.

As far as I can tell, it's a compilation of mostly pre WWII songs from the singer Mireille and writer Jean Nohain, but I had no idea who they were before you posted this ! :D

What is happening? Are these guesses???

I don’t think it was ever released on vinyl but I’m throwing an album I fell
In love with while visiting Paris many years ago out there -

Autour de Lucie - Immobile

FUCK!

Someone beat me to this guess! Was just playing some of these songs in the JQBX recently.
And if anyone is reading this, and doesn't know the album, you have some listening to do. "Chanson Sans Issue" and "Sur Tes Pas" are must-listens.

I'm not going to add this one because like @tvham said it doesn't appear to be available on vinyl which counts it out by default. Sorry 😓
