Vinyl Me Please (store, exclusives, swaps, etc)

Tina’d The Infamous.

Considering Beck...what’s everyone’s opinion on the best available variant?
Not even sure I want it.
I never spin my Colors.
There are plenty of variants, unless it's a must. I would wait a bit and pick one up cheap after the hype has worn off. I think you can get the Deluxe version of Colors for like $25 currently.

Do we think that the Frank Ocean would be a more likely drop than Fiona at this point, since he's been releasing those singles?

No. Fiona has already worked with VMP and we know that they've been talking about doing more things together. She just had that long interview with Vulture saying there was new music on the horizon for next year and this week is the 20 year anniversary of the release of When The Pawn...
Frank on the other hand has to done nothing but demonstrate that he's more than content to release his merch and music himself. It seems to be his preferred way of doing things, actually. Having control is over everything Frank Ocean is very important to him.

Do they not know that people have a thing called the internet where they can check for prices of goods and therefore purchase those which are reasonably priced?

Question though. I haven’t bought many exclusives lately but noticed I’m being charged tax now. Is this a new thing? I live in Indiana, and they aren’t one of the states listed on the order page. Am I missing something?

I was wondering the same. Discogs started charging tax as well for non-international orders.

Blame it on the U.S. Supreme Court. South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., 138 S.Ct. 2080 (2018). States are now allowed to require sales tax collection if the seller has a certain amount of sales into that state (typically around $100,000 or 200 sales). VMP just needs to be more transparent about charging sales tax nationwide.
