What's Spinning

1971 Liberty reissue of McCoy Tyner's third Blue Note release. Features the Van Gelder "stamp of approval" and sounds great even though I would say it was graded generously. Wayne Shorter is on Tenor and Ron Carter adds cello, but Gary Bartz on alto and Woody Shaw on trumpet hold their own. Definitely one to look for if you dig Tyner (AND WHY THE HELL WOULDN'T YOU???).

Crumb - Locket (2018, reissue 2019)

Side B of Crumb's double EP reissue. Still liking this more than Jinx, as great as that album is!

Crumb - Crumb EP (2017, reissue 2019)

Side A of Crumb's double EP reissue. I loved the Jinx album, but damn, I think I like this more! Beefier drums, even some saxophone! Less filters on all the instruments, sounds more natural. Love it!

I posted this in the Pre-order thread lol

Mine came in today but, won’t be able to spin until Thursday. :(
