In my quest to own every Beatles album in Mono I've found the early 80's Japanese pressings on red vinyl sound fantastic, and are actually cheaper than the 2014 Mono reissues which have gotten crazy stupid price wise. Highly recommend if you come across any at a decent price.

Mike Westbrook Orchestra Featuring John Surman - Citadel / Room 315 (RCA Victor, 1975 First Pressing)

A really killer album, absolutely stunning, at lengthy as well as around 1 hour long. It's one of those rare albums that seem to build and build with each minute, layering sound after sound to create a dense texture. I had been streaming this one for ages before finally getting it on vinyl and it was well worth getting as it sounds fantastic.
