It dawned on me that today is the 64th anniversary of this album being recorded. Such a killer album and within all of Lee Morgan's discography it's the one that seems to have shot up in monetary value the most rapidly in recent years (one went for an eye-watering $1,600 last year). Its just crazy money to be spending on a record so im glad I got mine when I did.
