thats a steep price for an album that a year ago would have been like 35... but the colored vinyl on bleep is also pretty expensive

It's a great question because the sentence construction is bad, so 3 possibilities - it's the only 2x LP sold in the US (clearly not true), the only US* pressing since Warp is a UK label, or the only US variant. The last seems the most likely even if that's the dumbest possible way to phrase it.

Yeah, I grabbed Harold Melvin - Wake Up Everbody (from the Philly Box) and Johnnie Taylor - Raw Blues (from the Stax Box).
Nice to finally grab a couple albums I wanted without the stuff I didn't.

I picked up Albert King from the Stax box and Gabor Szabor's Dreams. I probably should have picked up a few more Stax titles, but I do have the originals for them.

Yeah, I'll just keep streaming it for now and hope another vinyl release eventually finds its way into the world. It's my favourite thing he did between Tougher Than Leather and Teatro so it would be nice to add it to the shelf.
