That wasn't me, but could be why because they never told me what the delay was. It took them nearly a month to investigate it, then they gave me a $15 credit and said it would ship this month. It didn't come with my sub though, and they just said it should still come this month according to the warehouse.

Which really is and always has been “our computer systems are fucking useless and we won’t pay for better one because blaming the warehouse we’ve been pilling onto for 6 or 7 years is way easier”.
