Tone Arm calibration

Hey guys. I just moved into my place and I need to recalibrate my tone arm. I have a U-turn orbut with a Grado black 1. Does anyone know what the tracking force should be? I have a scale that I’ve used before to recalibrate it, but I can’t remember what the desired weight was

1.5 is the recommended tracking force.
