Thick PVC-sleeves - misty records?

Hi, i got rid of all my thick PVC-sleeves yesterday as there is apparently an issue where they gas off, and that gas reacts with the vinyl record, causing some sort of mist/ milk effect on the record. My only problem now is that i need new sleeves for my 7" singles.. will regular 3mil polysomething be able to contain both cover and 7" record in one, or do i have to separate them?

I use an outer and an inner on 7 inch just like a 12
