I get that all the time when ordering books at the library. Some new book by a big name author will have a Jan 1 2099 release date

I don't know about the big name authors, but several friends have had their book releases pushed back so many times that the publishers have done this. Mainly because my friends can't meet a deadline to save their life. But also writing good books is hard.

If I had to guess, Lots of 80s New Wave tunes from the UK on these soundtracks? Simple Minds, OMD, Etc.., And Hughes movies are the embodiment of white middle-class America from that era.
Also, Farris Bueller has a Union Jack hanging in his bedroom if I recall correctly.
