I want to guess Sunda Arc - Flicker as they're from Norwich but I fear it's a 2018 album, just. It has a song Night Swimming but not sure how that relates to first clue. If I think of @Skalap and Norwich I think of Mammal Hands though...

Seriously! I've never listened to any of his work before, but Heritage is f'n fantastic. I haven't made it to Heritage II yet.

As a side note - Heritage 2 is like a souped up version of 1, the coloured vinyl pairs well with the artwork as well. Just wished they had released it as a single album in a gatefold!
