Miles Davis DARK MAGUS pressing opinions.

I currently have ZERO copies of Dark Magus. I am torn between spending too much on an OP Japanese 1977 pressing in VG+ overall condition or just picking up the MOV repress from 2016. This album was not widely pressed originally. Has anyone had an opportunity to hear either of these pressings or to compare various pressings of this title?

I have the MOV and it's excellent. Can't compare it with other pressings but it's good enough for me.

I have the Japanese OG. It was never released in America, too far out. Get it. It is the original. VG+ Japanese is usually pretty much NM for an American pressing, and the MOV will be from digital.
