However, a piece is broken off.
I don't exactly know how to replace it or even what it is called.

It’s that the binding post for the speaker wire? I think I’d be having someone look at that for me.

Yep, if you don’t know your way around the inside of an amplifier and how to solder, you need a tech. Shouldn’t be too expensive though.
