Does anyone remember or use to use Grooveshark before it went under? Was such an amazing music platform that let you upload your own music files onto the site and share across the platform with other users, similar to Napster/Limewire but in a Spotify like design/layout.
I ran a channel on it, as users could set up and broadcast your own “radio station” and I had a hip-hop channel called ‘Turn It Up Radio’ that had a lot of daily listeners. I had so many followers that they’d give me free membership so I could stream my broadcast 24/7. RIP TIUR
