Beat South of Midnight and I Absolutely loved the game! Every second of the game is just bursting with creativity and heart. The overall plot doesn’t 100% work for me, felt more like finding reasons to go from set piece to piece instead of naturally leading to them but those set pieces are so good I don’t care. Also the combat has gotten some criticism but I don’t think it’s that bad. A lot of the combat encounters were fun, just kinda hard to read when you were actually about to get hit. Also the first enemy introduced in the game was the hardest one to deal with and the one doing all the damage to me which feels wrong lol. Also shout out to the music which is all amazing and if the vinyl were a reasonable price I would instantly buy it

did you also find the Paintress easier to complete? 😂

I'm doing some late game grinding while I decide do I finish the story and then go on to the game/late game stuff or do this late game stuff and really explore before finishing the story

It was a lot harder yes. I spent over an hour trying to play volley before I beat it.

I’m finding a lot of new areas to explore so check g them all out now. Will for sure try to platinum this game.

I'm definitely going to try to complete as much as I can in this game as well, which is why I'm grinding to level up characters/weapons

I'm expecting to see some really crazy difficult end game fights which is exciting but also a bit daunting since I've already faced some crazy battles!

I own the version with the Origami sleeve and it does indeed rock.

I've found some pretty tough option bosses that I'm no where near ready to battle yet and I'm at level 58 currently. Also, looks like we can get to at least level 99 based on trophies and fully upgraded weapon is how knows how high. At least 32 or 38 based on some of the upgrade loot I have gotten.
