Black Lives Matter

It's coming out now that the prosecutor did not recommend any charges against the 3 officers to the grand jury in the Breonna Taylor case because the police were fired upon first and were returning fire in self defense. I don't know what the local laws were like, but when I was on a grand jury we couldn't indict people on charges not recommended by the DA's office. So if they never brought recommended charges to the grand jury, of course no officers would have been charged from a grand jury's indictment regarding this case. The only charge recommended was the reckless endangerment for the one cop whose bullets entered a neighboring white persons apartment.

This information is coming out because through an anonymous grand jurors layer, who just got a judge to rule that the grand jury transcripts should be released. The grand jury transcripts are expected to be released tomorrow.
