Did you get any communication from Polyvinyl after filling out the form? I have my confirmation of form submission but haven't gotten anything since then.

I got no further communication from Polyvinyl, the records just showed up at my door last week.

I filled out the form on the 27th and my record showed up on the 30th, the same day I got a shipping notification email...and they still threw in the standard airhead...Polyvinyl really stepped it up here.

Now I gotta catch up and figure out what albums the VNYL person has been shipping out via reddit.

Filled out the form on March 19, and looks like my records made it to my Toronto doorstep today!

No current ones. I believe all the old forms are dead for the ones they already “fulfilled”. It’s been radio silence for awhile maybe because they are trying to buy VMP’s assets
