Just pulled mine out, surprised to see it's the RTI press but still has the noise problems mentioned earlier 👎🏼 I'll try to spin it soon, maybe it's not as bad as I remember?

@Mather do you have the KPG cut of Jeff Buckley - Grace? I had the same issue with that one. Tried multiple noisey copies because the master is just so amazing, ended up keeping the one with least noise but it's still not perfect. I believe that was a MRP press as well 👎🏼

I honestly regret I didn't keep trying replacements, I do wish I still had it kicking around. One of the many KPG cuts that blew me away!

I think you maybe mean "remaster"? It's not as if when Sterling mastered this album in 77' they were involved in the studio production of the master. Sure the band had say but we've seen examples of that time and time again not being a positive thing. I don't really think any mastering engineer...

Lol too accurate. Just such a crazy statement. So if it was in a box on Clarity Vinyl and upcharged another 100$ he'd be shoe-in for it 😂
