The skits on Wyclef's The Carvinal were pretty solid as a whole. A bit jarring when you revisit them now but...Went along with the album. But yeah, most skits are whatever.

I ended up running to my local shop (rattleback records in Andersonville). They had the indie variant! I was happy to grab it. If you're local to Chicago, you should totally check them out. Great store with lots of goodies and friendly folks.

Thinking about grabbing one off of ebay. I've just RECENTLY been lovin' Jack White's music. This album especially has peaked my interest. I've been listening to a lot of White stripes in the background while playing Borderlands. It just makes sense to me. :)

Well the 300s are set up and running. These are truly wonderful speakers. Ended up paying $1,099 all in. Easily worth the money. These were supposedly display items and may have been used but they came in the box all wrapped up. I would've guessed that they were Brand new. Cranked these babies...
