I picked up the Coltrane/Davis release, but I'm wondering if the quality of the release is actually worth it. I see that it's pressed at GZ, even though it's part of the Classics series, and I don't see a mention of the sources used. Anyone know if this is a AAA title?

I refreshed a few times and it popped up so I swapped that as well. Hopefully there won't be a bunch of cancellations now

I got the "your records are delayed" message last week, and this morning got a shipping notification so it looks like they're working through the orders. Part of my order was Cash, Prine and The Nucleus.

Does anyone have any info on the source used for the Yussef Dayes live album, or at least who cut it? I just listened to the Tidal version and it's a great album, but if the vinyl is just a digital source I'll give it a pass at the price.

What was the consensus of the quality of David Gray White Ladder album as it looks to be back in stock? I remember comments indicating that it really is 45 rpm and VMP seems to be the only version where that’s the case. However 45 rpm doesn’t always mean quality.

Same here. Yesterday I got their notice that Hawk is going to be delayed and today I got a shipping notification for Hawk, Alfredo and Wadadasow.

Seriously I still have no idea how he’s still allowed to write any of those booklets when they clearly have the option of getting a competent person to write them.

The replacement is warped too? I was told they don’t have anymore copies so they couldn’t give me a replacement, but they did refund it.

Thanks for reminding me to check on my Skull Session copy, which looks to be a bit dished/warped as well. Hopefully I can get a replacement.

Shipping kinda kills that sale. Getting it from PP is about 30 pounds shipped, compared to $27 from VMP. I expect the VMP version to be a good pressing as it's AAA and done by RKS at QRP.

No I didnt find any confirmation other than what you already mentioned. I ended up ordering it, it’s a good album and this is the easiest and cheapest way of getting what should be a good pressing.
