Update: He's agreed to do PayPal and has even invited me inside to test everything out before committing to anything. But in agreeing to PayPal he mentioned there being a +3% transaction fee? Is he talking about the Goods and Services fee?

Looks like he has three other pieces up for sale and has one marked as sold from the last few months. His story is he's selling all of his analog equipment as he always just ends up listening to his DAC/Streamer system. That tracks with all the gear he has for sale.
