I’ve been doing these three things for like 5 years. I can only cross the cleaner off the list. I do have some of my stuff in ‘cogs (like maybe 1200ish) and I’m liiiiiiiiike 65-70% through resleeving everything. Someday maybe.

It is a burden and takes time but I'd suggest getting a cleaner first and put into proper sleeves and input into Discogs as you clean. I did this by going A-Z and is prob the most efficient way rather than piecemeal (still took me a couple months to get through).

Biggest thing is to just start. I kicked the can down the road so long because it seemed an intimidating quantity, which of course, only makes it worse. Gotta start somewhere though.

I have started the discogs thing, but the rest requires me to stop buying stuff.

You don't have to stop buying; you just add, clean, and bag immediately when ya receive a new record. It all becomes part of the ritual.
