Glühwein is warm German Christmas wine that you get at the European Christmas markets. It’s a type of mulled wine basically. The German discount supermarkets Lidl and Aldi sell pre-made litre bottles of it this time of year, just need to warm it gently (so as not to burn off the precious alcohol) in a pan.
