I've used Snapfish to make books of old 35mm slides for my family. It was super easy and cheap if you wait for the codes. It takes a while to put it together so you can plan it all out and then hit the trigger when you have a coupon code.

I've used Shutterfly before with no issue. Very cheap, usually a 50% off deal floating around.

I love using Artifact Uprising. It's pricey but it's amazing quality.
