It’s genuinely wild that movies from a decade ago look better than so much of what’s making it to theaters right now.

Also… what the fuck… it didn’t even attempt to have an ending?

I'm very integrated into the F&F lore. Fast X is probably the worst entry point as knowledge of most other Fast movies is necessary, especially starting at Fast Five. There's no ending because Fast X Part 2 has been planned this whole time.

I mean I’ve seen them all. I didn’t have a problem with that. The special effects were shit and it didn’t attempt to have an ending, at all. It just stopped. Fade to black. Oh yeah we forgot about these other characters. Credits. After credits scene.

I had a great time at X pt 1 during my IMAX viewing and again during a home viewing. Cliffhangers suck but
made me pump my fists.

I also have a very personal vendetta against John Cena and he was an undeniable delight in X after being such a drag in 9.

I haven't paid attention to a fast & furious movie since part 2. Have they gone to space yet?

I've caught bits and parts of the various sequels and they all seem so far off from a group of car thrives.

My experience with the franchise is that I saw the original when it came out and in the way home by friend crashed us in his Pontiac grand am. I have also seen the Tokyo one. Fin.

Was your friend trying to reenact one of the scenes or was it all just a very unfortunate coincidence?
