Music > pageantry. Always. The music is the most important thing.

I find that I do play my Studio Ghibli OSTs. But yeah there are several that I think I may need to let go of.

I’ve felt this too. I’ve ended up selling a lot of the ones I have gotten. But I keep the ones where the music is just that good. Yeah Kiki’s Delivery Service, Twin Peaks, Social Network.

@Yer Ol' Uncle D its hard not to think of the pageantry... i almost thought of selling my fishscale LP but I couldn't because its ghostface and I might learn to like it or maybe one day i might decide to relisten to this one album i have... because i don't usually listen to my collection beyond mostly the first time or if its an artist i really like

actually i think that dont usually listen to collection thing is because I just feel like I HAVE to finish a full album but I just put on a single song and it was just fantastic to just enjoy something on vinyl

Exception to the rule: O Brother Where Art Thou. The soundtrack is a work of art on its own merit, movie or not
