Yeah normally I would agree with you, but the implications of this and how popular a woman’s right to choose is amongst the majority of Americans, you have to think Congress will act. They’d fucking better.

the democratic party is scared to actually go take action... they want to be safe for everyone else from the billionaires funding who don't actually care about women, to the "middle America" voter who they are scared will be scared away by actual radical change..
