i'm going to see it one day, i heard from gap its great but i hesitated for a good while because of twitter being very.... toxic around a movie that seems so fine (basically doing what everyone does to things moderately aimed towards younger girls)

I will always advicate for ignoring what Twitter has to say about a piece of media and just watching it for yourself and coming to your own conclusions.

My ancient secret to ignoring what Twitter/Facebook/Instagram have to say about stuff is not having any of them!

Also Turning Red is delightful.

It’s class. Highly recommend it.

I enjoyed it, but more importantly my almost 7 year old daughter loved it.

Not only did I really like it but it was great watching it with my tweens. We all laughed a lot.
