Is it silver?

Very cool, I did not know that was a thing that existed. Love the look and small footprint. Cd players were always so unnecessarily big...

@Mather Yeah it's very sleek. I'm all in on the Pro-Ject box system and I dragged my feet on this when it was an active SKU. Took some serious hunting to find one now that they're discontinued. Performance on paper is really nice, true Red Book standard. Looking forward to putting it through it's paces

Is there a newer model they replaced it with?

@Melt Face Molly Drop Unfortunately, no. The closest in production model is the CD Box DST (which is just a transport and requires an external DAC) or the DS2 (which includes a DAC). Word from Pro-Ject is they have newer models planned for this year, but they will not be compatible with the Box system. I think they're moving away from that design language
