I'm partial to Bryan Ferry's version of A Hard Rain's a-Gonna Fall.

One favorite that comes to mind is the Breeders cover of Aerosmith's "Lord of the Thighs" with Josephine Wiggs on vocals.

And more recently, Katie Malco singing "Cloudbusting" is pretty cool.

I'm not sure it's my #1 fav, but it's up there.
