Thousand island/special sauce/remoulade kinda thing. Ranch a close second. Flavor packed + versatility is key.

Me and some friends regularly play condiment island with new people where we force them to pick 3 instead of one. Another fun game is what animal would you pick to eat for the rest of your life. Fish counts as a single animal as does all shellfish. Spoiler: the correct answer is pig.
