Tried to get decent Courtney Barnett seats, but the TM site apparently now denies transactions at a device level. Lost my shot at front row balcony seats after 10 minutes of trying new browsers and incognito windows before switching to mobile. I now can't buy from my laptop ever, it seems. Others online have been denied across 6+ devices. How in the fuck?

I was experiencing the same thing on several shows, specifically with pre-sales. I only had luck going through a mobile browser (not an app). It's a crippling glitch they need to figure out.
