Yeah, I mean the ones I've gotten have been cardboard but thin envelope things. It's happened a couple times with stores in Europe.

@Mather yeah thats probably the same thing, I'm not the best with descriptions. If a record is in an envelope where there it hugs the envelope like spandex, and the envelope is bendy, what is even the point?

Yup I've had a couple of those. They are horrid and completely useless.

In my experience, flimsy record mailers coming from Europe is not unusual. The flimsiest seem to come from UK sellers. I get the impression that they are very weight-conscious on that side of the pond, for postage cost reasons.

i'm guessing this is specifically on discogs..

the only store of an official retailer i got a european pressing from was datadiscs and they as expected in the US shipping boxes
