Are you focusing on a genre, individually-themed shows, or just whatever you feel at the time? Have you asked yourself what is the mission & vision for the show? Ask what you wish to accomplish then the 'how' may just fall into place. I've liked radio shows where the host doesn't focus on one particular style overall but does shows that highlight a genre, movement, artist, etc. & provides insight & curation.
