I have not come across anything close to that any more. Seems like most record clubs, other than VMP, are generally label-specific now.

This club seems to have a Classic Rock track but I don't know anything about the club.

Has anyone here tried this?

@Turbo I’ve tried it. It’s fine but they don’t have any exclusives per say. They are usually just indie exclusives or they work with the labels to get signed variants sometimes. Overpriced for what it is.

Get him a gift card to a local record shop that way he can dig around in the used bins. Best/most cost effective way to build up a classic rock collection and will expose him to one of the greatest joys in this hobby, crate digging and random discovery! Plus you'll be helping out a local business 👍

Actually, that looks perfect for him...he likes some newer artists too, so this will be a good way to add some stuff to his collection. He doesn't care about exclusives or anything. (yet, lol) Thanks @Turbo and @Twentytwo for the input.

@ranbalam i am going to guess a great price for that would probably be the 30 dollars to 60 she probably would have spend on a subscription.. you can get a TON of at least VG to VG+ records at a local used shop, especially since they can usually at most cost like 10 bucks

@CAPacelli That's probably what I would do, but my sister wants to get him something club-like. He's already got a pretty large collection from his youth, he hasn't collected in decades.
