My daughter made a New Noise this morning and now I'm trying to convince my wife this means she wants to listen to Refused all afternoon, it's not working...yet!
Listening to Surprise Chef "Daylight Savings", drinking a coffee and taking turns with my wife trying to entertain our 6 week old daughter, can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday!
Since I exclusively play records in one room and feed my daughter in another I'm looking forward to another weekend of listening to records from afar! The upside is if I can barely hear them I'm not hearing any flaws!
After going through a 2 week quarantine we finally got to introduce our newborn daughter to her grandparents! Now I'm going to sit back throw on a record and continue to attempt to understand the world around me...
I've been getting a lot of records delivered as of late but I think I'm almost caught up on pre-orders...told my wife this and she said she's going to be happy when this is all over, I don't have the heart to tell her, this never ends!!!
At a friend's house watching a Beatles cover band performing an endless catalogue of hits loving life and realising how much I miss seeing live music!!
Woke up this morning, took out the garbage and low and behold there was a record in my mailbox! Not sure if it was an early morning delivery or it was there all night either way I'm happy it was still there!
I can't believe I'm saying this but I think I'm buying too many records! I keep getting new records but I'm not listening to them, what's the point in collecting if I'm not going to enjoy them?
Moving all my records to a different room, it’s days like this I hate records! I’m also playing records and loving every minute of them, life is complicated!
On the one hand I'm telling myself to slow down my spending, on the other hand my local record shop is having a sale this weekend.... I think I know how this movie ends!
