The only thing I have to add is if you try for the VMP version just make sure it's one where they replaced the "whooshy" disc. Because it was a mispress initially.
I have a black copy and clear with pink “jelly-filled” Rough Trade exclusive. I haven’t seen much positive or negative reviews about many of the reissues that really indicate one is better than any of the others (outside the VMP stuff mentioned). Lots of different colored pressings, labels and album art varieties to choose from though.
I mean it's pretty much made up of all old samples so no matter what pressing you get, it'll sound poppy and digital likely. So don't expect audiophile or anything, but the Stones Throw plates sound good.
