now you know why i dont love long albums

I'm not a big fan of long albums but I'll reserve judgement until I listen. If it's a long interesting album that's one thing. If it FEELS long than that's what I don't like. Like Spiritualized is 70 minutes but it doesn't feel very long to me. But I do tend to spin long albums much less.

It's really hard to listen to a long album that's new. Like with Spiritualized, it's a critically acclaimed album and you go into it knowing that it's good. Plus remove Cop Shoot Cop and it's like 50~ minutes only. A lot of the time I end up just skipping that song when I listen to it tbh

I have a feeling I'll be skipping America a lot since I have the 12" and it's so repetitive.

Yeah I have no shame skipping songs when I listen to them casually like on my phone via mp3s. I rarely listen to Age of Adz all the way through with Impossible Soul being 25 minutes long.

I actually really like The Impossible Soul because it changes.
