I haven't really connected with it yet but I don't think it's a bad album at all! Agreed, like what you like.

Trust me, as someone who loves alot of music that doesnt get great reviews (I'm still ride or die for "the center wont hold") fuck all the noise and just enjoy what you want!

Allmusic gave it "album pick" for Khruangbin over all the others. You like what you like!

It's at worst mediocre. I'm not sure why it seems to be getting outright hate from a lot of critics. Definitely my least favorite of theirs but still plenty good enough to be what I put on the turntable when I don't know what to play. Which is a big reason why I love them.

I think it’s fucking great. I don’t know what the critics want from them frankly, I love Khruangbin because their style is their style and you know what you can expect from them. I don’t know why the critics are so surprised
