I've returned a few albums to them and they are really great about refunding your shipping costs. I have shipped back to them media mail in the past and they've been ok with it.

I've only returned one album to them, but didn't have any issues at all either.

What's the weight limit for First Class? I thought it was under a pound.
A thin, non-180g album with only cardboard pads can weigh one pound.
Properly packed modern pressings weigh over a pound now.

@djdavedk yeah, you’re right. Then again, it’s a thin single LP that’s already messed up. Not concerned with protection in this case.
