Read a book. I find when I am in a funk like this I have not desire to read, even though I love reading. I have forced myself to read the last couple of days and it really helped. I read a book Friday and started another this morning, though going a bit slower.

If the sun comes out again, get outside.

Oh and for the love of god put down the phone. It is too easy to scan your news feeds and get dragged down. I actually deleted Google News off my phone until this passes (and it will).

Sleep is the hard one. I have been keeping myself pretty regimented, getting up at my normal time even though I am working from home (with about 2hrs worth of work a day). Naps can be the worst. I am an introvert, but I need social contact. The hardest part is keeping your brain buzzing and thinking instead of letting it run on autopilot. Take care
