What's all the hype around him? Feel like I've been hearing his name since '09 yet he doesn't really even have that many features to his name, nor that big of a social media following. Where's this mans gettin' his income from?

@Melt Face Molly Drop u should checkout that youtube channel and the other stuff I mentioned above. Erykah Badu started Control Freaq records in 05 just cuz of Jay Es talent. He definitely got shelved by Roc Nation after he signed and had the Rothschild affair. There are at least 50 songs and features tho between that channel and streaming platforms

Yea his foster mom was sick or had just passed away probly why he cancelled. I feel like that is why we got an album finally. I'm convinced he was gonna let go of the last 7 tracks from the album that never came out over time then bow out. Then his foster mom died so now he has to take care of Falon his sister.

He mentions Falon andhis feelings about taking care of her on The Blinding, or the ghost of soulja slim. Which reminds me. Letter to Falon is on streaming and is great.
