Yep, shipping packaging is okay but not great. Agree that if it's something worth decent monies I would think twice due to potential bends etc, but for standard issue $20 albums they're good.

Once. Poor experience. Bought an 8 LP box set. They shipped a single record by the artist. Then was told the original item I ordered was sold out. They have a return process that uses a label supplied by them but is not and can't be made trackable. Took about 3 weeks to finally get my credit applied after I shipped it back. Never had any issues via eBay.

Same as @Yer Ol' Uncle D. Same experience almost exactly. Awful experience.
Have bought from ImportCDs and Deep Discount many times with no issues though and its the same company.
