Needles & Grooves

i'm talking about actual audiophile labels like MoFi, ORG, or analogue productions... where people spend like thousands on a turntable and cartridge meanwhile mine is only 350 and a cheap preamp... (aka i've been browsing stereophile and feeling like i have a lesser product than everyone else)

I first fell in love with music on cassettes I recorded from the radio and played on crappy headphones. Then I started college at the dawn of file sharing and fell in love with artifact-riddled music at 128 kbps. Quality sound is definitely a plus, and I'm glad to have my current modest setup, but I'm definitely about the love for the music first.

i guess i just want to be able to hear the amazingness of mofi and stuff but i feel i dont have a good enough setup
